Essential oils for joint pain and inflammation

These essential oils are used only in the local application about joint and muscle treatments. No internal use (without the advice of a specialist or a medical prescription) should be used!

As a precaution, you will never apply pure essential oil but always diluted in vegetable oil (Arnica, sweet almond, jojoba, macadamia), up to 10% essential oils in 90% vegetable oil. For example in a 100 ml bottle, 300 drops or 10 ml of HE (a standard bottle) for instance five essential oils x 60 drops each (2 ml) and 90 ml of vegetable oil. First pour the essential oil (s), then fill the empty bottle up to the neck with the chosen vegetable oil.

The benchmark vegetable oil in case of sports pain, it is, of course, the oily macerate of Arnica. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, induced by the lactones which compose it, this oily macerate will reinforce the action of the Odorous Gaultheria for a fast and effective result. There are no more cramps and other aches, thanks to the analgesic action of Arnica, which complements that of Laurel Noble essential oil by providing additional active molecules.

The nine most effective oils for relieving pain in muscles and joints.

Muscle and joint pain is a problem that many people of all ages complain about. The most common complaints relate to the knee, shoulder, hip joints, wrists, and ankles.

Joint pain can be acute or chronic. Sometimes this is the result of short-term damage or may be associated with a more extended illness.

A joint is a movable joint of two or more bones of a skeleton. They combine the bones of the frame into a single whole, provide support and help us move. Any damage to the joints due to illness or injury can interfere with the usual way of life, causing severe pain. Many different causes can lead to joint pain, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, gout, sprains, sprains, and other injuries. Joint damage to the knees is most common, but pain can occur in any part of the body, from the ankle to the shoulders or hands. Often joint pain appears with age. It can only sometimes bother you a little, and can significantly complicate your life.
